• Siddhartha Ghosh has done his graduation in painting and post-graduation in print making from Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S. University of Baroda.

• He has received National Award in printmaking in 1989, Award in “Print today” by Karnataka Lalit Kala Academy in 1993 and Awarded in International Print Biennial, Bharat Bhavan, and Bhopal in 1995

• Received Fulbright Fellowship to U.S.A. in 2001 and Charles Wallace (India) Trust Scholarship to U.K. in 1994

• Received Senior Fellowship in Plastic Arts in 1996-98 and Junior Fellowship in Plastic Arts in 1992-95 from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

• Received Lalit Kala Akademi Research Grant in 1984-85.

• Artist in Residence in “Printmaking Workshop” and “Manhattan Graphic Centre” New York City, U.S.A. for six month under Fulbright Fellowship in 2001. Artist in Residence in the Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Arts, University of Oxford, U.K. for Trinity term in 1994

• Visiting professor for advance course in printmaking at the Department of Art, University of California, Santa Cruz, U.S.A. for a term in 2001.

• Visiting lecturer at the Department of Printmaking, Faculty of Visual Arts, Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata from 1985-95

• Held 9 solo exhibitions in India, U.K. and U.S.A. Participated in number of exhibitions in India and abroad.

• Participated in number of art camps in the country.

• Have 25 years of experience as an Art Administrator in the field of Visual Arts.
